Katie Sparling (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker. Katie offers individual therapy to adults (age 18 and up).

Katie assists clients in setting their own therapeutic goals, focusing on a client centered approach, understanding that clients are experts of their own lives and experiences. Katie integrates components from various modalities which include, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialect Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches, and solution focused therapy. Katie prioritizes the client, working alongside the client to explore, learn, expand, and develop interpersonal skills.
Katie is supervised by a registered clinical psychologist, Dr. Erin Ross (Certificate of Registration # 5422, The Collage of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario). At any time, you may request to meet or discuss your treatment with her supervisor.
Education & Experience
Katie comes from a background in Child & Youth, Women, and Gender and Family Studies, having graduated from Brock University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Child & Youth Studies, and a minor in Women Studies. In 2025, Katie graduated with a Masters of Social Work, Working Professionals Program, from the University of Windsor. She is a member in good standing with the Collage of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Ontario (OCSWSSW; #860292).
Fees
Therapy services are $120 per hour payable by e-transfer or credit card. Receipts provided. Services are covered by most extended health benefit packages.
